Sealing or Expunging a Record in Panama City

Florida Law is very specific on eligibility for sealing or expunging a record. An adjudication of guilt of any crime at any time disqualifies you from obtaining a sealing or expunction.   Once a Petition to Seal or Expunge has been granted by a judge, it allows you to lawfully deny the existence of a criminal record in most circumstances.  Contact our office to find out more information.
